Refund Policy

The Invite Studio sells digital invitation templates and digital website invitation services. Because digital products may be accessed or downloaded immediately, all purchases are final and are not eligible for refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase or access, except where required by applicable law.

Technical problems

If you cannot access your purchased files or a purchased product is materially defective, please contact us at prohisox@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include your order number and a description of the problem. We will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement file, corrected file, or access solution.

Custom website invitations

Custom website invitation work and deposits are non-refundable once work has started, except where required by applicable law. If there is a technical issue with a completed website invitation, please contact us so we can investigate and correct the issue.
