These Terms of Service govern your use of The Invite Studio website and your purchase or use of our digital invitation templates and digital website invitation services. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Digital products

All products are digital. No physical item will be shipped. Product descriptions, previews, included features, delivery method, and editing requirements are stated on the relevant product page.

License and permitted use

After a successful purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased design for your own event or the event for which it was purchased. You may edit the permitted content and use the finished invitation for that event.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, copy, transfer, or make the editable template or source files available to others. You may not use the template to create products that compete with The Invite Studio or claim the original design as your own.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information and proofreading names, dates, times, addresses, links, and other event details before using or publishing an invitation. The Invite Studio is not responsible for errors in information supplied or approved by the customer.

Custom services

For custom website invitation orders, the customer is responsible for supplying required content and reviewing the completed work. Any project-specific delivery time, included revisions, and additional-service terms are stated in the relevant listing or written agreement.

Intellectual property

The Invite Studio retains ownership of its original designs, templates, branding, and other content unless expressly stated otherwise. Your purchase grants a license to use the purchased product; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or source files.

Third-party services

Some products may use third-party services such as Canva, website hosting, RSVP tools, payment providers, or Shopify. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services.

Orders and refunds

Digital purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
